Coach Ahmet Kayretli is an excellent coach who has improved my striking and jiu jitsu tremendously.  He has trained with the best, working closely with current and former UFC fighters like Jeremy Stephens, Wilson Reis, and Dominick Cruz as he prepared for his UFC title run.

Coach Ahmet is an elite striker and mma fighter himself who has fought across the world in LFA, Bellator, RCS and more.  Most importantly, he is a man of high character and can work with students of all skill levels.

The gym is massive with large mat space, brand new lifting equipment, and a large outdoor patio.   The bathrooms and locker rooms are spotless and are as nice as Equinox or Lifetime.  Plenty of parking and a great community of students.

Ahmet is by far the best coach I have ever trained with. He has transformed my technique, physique and stamina to the point where they are unrecognizable in the few months we have trained together.

His teaching style is adaptive to anyone and perfectly meets all his client’s needs, and his kindess and compassionate way of teaching, while respectively giving the best lessons in the DMV is unmatched.

Hands down the best instructor in this area. Ahmet is very knowledgeable with over 100 professional fights in kick boxing and MMA aa he fought in the Bellator. He is a winner and a champion. Also, he is an amazing coach and teacher. What sets him apart is his character and integrity, he is a humble man with a big heart to love and serve. Just newly opened martial arts gym, by the one and only Coach Ahmet “THE TURK” Kayretli!🐺🐺 I’ve been under Coach’s wing for over a year, and it’s been a crazy but amazing journey, we have been to many Muay Thai and Kickboxing events where my teammate Kaleb and I competed. Coach’s training methods and drills expanded my view on martial arts and vastly improved my technique and skill.
